Shipping & Returns
We use USPS for our shipments.
If you use your own carrier, we will need an email from you telling us the name of the carrier, your account number and the carrier authorization to send your order.
If we send your order via another carrier we will use cartoon tubes 37 in. long x 3 in. diameter
If you receive a damaged package contact USPS or your carrier and let us know.
Return & Exchange Policy
For any undamaged not personalized product, simply send us an email explaining the motive and you will receive a return number to proceed with the return. You have to send it back with its included accessories and packaging, along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
You have to let us know in advance your intentions via email, so we can send you a return number. We do not accept returned items without a return number. We do not pay shipping on return items.
In addition, please note the following:
(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased;
(ii) the following products are not eligible for return:
